PLUMBING PROTECTION PLAN:  A Plan that entitles you to a preventative maintenance check on your  home plumbing system  and allows  for you to receive Value Rate Pricing (a discount)  on any service work done at your home.

WATER HEATERS
WHAT WE WILL DO: Check and clean your water heater, visually check the Temperature and Pressure relief valve for safe operation and free of corrosion. Check the vent assembly for carbon monoxide leakage.  If electric, check the thermostat settings. Drain the water heater and clear the tank of sediment.  Insure the water heater is operating at its peak efficiency as per the manufacturer’s specifications.

WHY HAVE IT DONE:  All manufacturers recommend having this service performed in order to maintain the warranty on the water heater. This service should be performed at least once a year. By having this service done by us, it guarantees that your water heater will be operating at its peak efficiency, saving your money on your utility bill as well as insuring safety. Your faucets will operate easier and require less maintenance since the sediment and foreign material trapped in your heater will not travel the hot water pipes.

KITCHEN FAUCETS
WHAT WE WILL DO:  We will check the most widely used fixtures in the house, the kitchen faucets, for leaks and corrosion and check the aerators on all of your faucets throughout the house for proper water flow.

WHY HAVE IT DONE:  Foreign material often comes through your water source causing friction between the stems and seats which effect the operation of your faucet. This foreign material also clogs the aerator restricting proper water flow. By having this service preformed, it will extend the life of your faucet and save you money by not having to replace these items.

TOILETS
WHAT WE WILL DO:  We will inspect the toilet and tank for nay leaks and proper flushing action. We will check the water measuring device for proper adjustment along with the flapper for a proper water seal.

WHY HAVE IT DONE:  To reduce embarrassing and annoying toilet noise from improperly adjusted or defected water measuring devices in the toilet.  This service will reduce water consumption and guarantee proper flushing action to move solid waste down the line reducing the chance of a stoppage.

WATER PRESSURE REGULATOR
WHAT WE WILL DO:  Our service technician will check the water pressure on the incoming water line. High water pressure will damage your water heater, fixtures and could cause a pipe to burst in the plumbing system.

WHY HAVE IT DONE:  By having your water pressure checked, it will reduce wear and tear on all of your pluming fixtures throughout your house. High water pressure will cause server damage to the plumbing severe damage to the plumbing system and your water heater warranty will no be honored.  This service will insure that your plumbing water pressure is adjusted correctly and helps extend the life of your water heater and fixtures.


DRAINS
WHAT WE WILL DO:  Our service technician will inspect and clean all traps. He will also inspect and clean your main line leaving your home.

WHY HAVE IT DONE:  By properly maintaining your drains, you help eliminate any clogs that may have been building in your system. This also helps ensure proper flow of all waste leaving your home.


SAFETY CHECK YOUR HOUSE

WHAT WE WILL DO:  Your service technician will walk through your house inspecting your plumbing system and inspecting any loose faucet handle, packing nut or other minor repair during the inspection process. Each emergency shut-off under the sinks, toilets, water heater and main water shut-off will be tested to insure that they will operate in case of emergency. Gas connections will be inspected visually as well as any exposed piping.  You will be shown where your emergency water shut-off valve and your gas shut –off valve is located
