Garbage Disposal

Replacing an existing disposal generally cost anywhere from $125 to $175 plus parts.
To add a garbage disposal to a sink that has never had one - (varies) $250 and up plus parts, depending upon height of drain outlet at wall and depth of the sink. Don't forget that disposals need electricity (the plumber doesn't run electrical wire!). To lower the drain in the wall typically costs $400.00.

Kitchen Faucet

Replace with New Faucet: $125.00 & up ,plus parts. (Please do NOT purchase a $19.00 kitchen faucet off the hardware sale table and expect it to be anything but a liability waiting to happen.) We will not warranty any leaks or mishaps with cheap faucets. Buy a name brand brass faucet - Please!

Water heater

Easy access to the heater means best price. Our water heater installed costs are for 1 man, very accessible situations. Under the house access can add $125.00 or more. Basements, stairs, narrow hallways and stairwells add time, maybe a helper and cost more. Water heater installation prices generally run around $170 + up, plus the cost of the heater and other parts.

Water Service

Underground pipe from water meter to house- typical cost $450 for 50 feet or less with no obstacles to digging! Cost varies with ground hardness, obstacles and distance (its a time thing). Retaining walls, concrete walks, large rocks, landscaping all dramatically change the cost.

Sewer Service (including septic tank drains)

Underground pipe from house to sewer line or septic tank- typical cost $1100 for 50 feet or less with no obstacles to digging! Cost varies with ground hardness, obstacles and distance. Retaining walls, concrete walks, large rocks, landscaping all dramatically change the cost. We dig, lay in the line and cover it up. We don't landscape or patch concrete. We can however assist with contracting a landscaper or concrete man.

Toilets

Replacement cost around $85.00 & up, plus parts. Hauling old one away extra $25.00
